As essential training for management, the Africa New Managers' Development Programme (NMDP) focuses on developing the skills and knowledge of a newly appointed manager. In this programme, managers will gain the confidence and capabilities required to respond effectively to current and future business challenges while further enhancing their management and leadership abilities.
Supervisors, team leaders, aspiring managers or those taking on management roles for the first time will benefit the most from this course.
Within the scope of this course, you will learn how to successfully take on a management role, while gaining the ability to manage information overload. Coupled with learning the necessary skills to track and manage productivity, communicating shared goals, and effectively setting up priorities and values, you will be equipped with invaluable managerial skills. Enhance your self-awareness, people management, leadership and team skills so you are able to take on various situations with confidence. Over the course of 3 months, you will be equipped to:
1 - 2 years of management experience at entry level junior management
English language competence at NQF level 4 or equivalent
No formal tertiary qualifications are required
