Part-time Faculty recruitment

As a result of growth in the demand for high quality executive development programmes offered by SBS-ED, we are in a position to expand our pool of subject matter experts in various fields, such as economics, commercial negotiation etc.

Faculty are responsible for:

  • Explore strategic concepts and integrative strategy
  • Implement sound people management practices.

Minimum requirements:

  • Develop leadership thinking
  • Show leadership competence through an understanding of the future-fit capabilities.
  • Explore strategic concepts and integrative strategy
  • Defend techniques which may be used to enhance diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Evaluate new frameworks and tools to support sustainable business
  • Interpret the challenges of globalisation and its effect on business
  • Assess and report on the financial viability of organisations
  • Show leadership competence through an understanding of the future-fit capabilities.
