Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development (SBS-ED) partnered with the Leadership Academy at Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation (RESCorp) in Eswatini in 2017 and has been delivering our flagship programmes to the Eswatini market. Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development (SBS-ED) is the academic partner of SEED Educational Trust, a non-profit organisation that specialises in developing skills, confidence in leaders so that they can lead effectively in the social sector. The course material and process-based approach to training applied by SEED Trust has achieved significant results in leadership development programmes with school principals and deputies, and district officials. Programme participants receive a certificate of competence from Stellenbosch University (SU) upon successfully completing SEED Trust’s School Leadership Programme offered in partnership with SBS-ED.

University of the Free State (UFS) recognise completion of two of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development (SBS-ED)‘s short courses (the open enrolment MDP and open enrolment SMDP) as academic credits towards a degree (Bachelor of Management Leadership). The BML programme was developed in collaboration with the School for New Learning at De Paul University in Chicago.
