The learnings are relevant to my day-to-day life, and beyond that, my organisation has made big strides with the implementation of new ways that I managed to share with my peers since completing the programme. Speaking from a personal perspective, I am in a better state mentally and psychologically since completing the programme, and all these are important in my endeavours of becoming a better leader."

"Having completed the USB-ED’s NMDP was definitely a life changing experience for myself. Firstly I am a much more confident individually and also learnt the art of effectively influencing people through the process of positive communication in the work place . it taught me the art of enhancing team communication thereby boosting the morale of my team members. Communication skills are important if we want to build relationships within and outside our organizations. It is one skill that not only helped me become successful in my professional life but also helps us in our personal life in dealing with people and understanding them, solving problems. As communication is not only speaking, but learning to listen as well."
