Introduction

The programme aims to prepare participants for management and leadership roles - facilitating the transition from leading self to leading others. Participants will be equipped with the basic principles of management and leadership and will combine their self-awareness and people management skills to enhance their personal effectiveness. It zooms in on personal mastery and their ability to lead themselves, as well as confidently respond to future challenges within and outside of their organisation. It focuses on the skills necessary to enhance their personal performance and facilitate team performance – contributing to their organisation’s overall internal effectiveness.

Individuals who are transitioning into junior leadership roles and taking on first-time management responsibilities within their organisations.
