Participants will also engage in a thorough exploration of the Ethical Board. This comprehensive module is designed to furnish participants with practical tools, enabling them to navigate the intricate dynamics of ethical governance. Delving into key aspects, they will gain insights into fostering a robust board-management relationship, cultivating a corporate ethical culture, and upholding accountability to stakeholders. Lastly, participants will engage in a thorough exploration of the Ethical All-Rounder. They delve into the nuanced dimensions of ethical leadership. Throughout the module, they will acquire indispensable competencies, cultivate personal ethical alertness and resilience, and actively apply ethical leadership principles across various roles.
