Over the course of 7 weeks, participants will be equipped to:

• Examine the tension points and obstacles that face women in leadership on a personal, social, societal and institutional level.
• Articulate a personal role identity to address personal tension points and obstacles as a woman in leadership.
• Propose ways in which the development of social capital could address social tension points and obstacles as a woman in leadership.
• Develop a diversity and inclusion plan to address institutional and societal tension points and obstacles as a woman in leadership.
