This course aims to equip project managers with the required knowledge and skills in project management in the South African context, based on internationally accepted project management theory, standards, processes, and methodologies.

Construct a Comprehensive Network Diagram and Gantt Chart to reflect and inform the project schedule and critical path of a workplace project.
